Bidding process for the preparation and supply of 63 items of oil and filter paper required by the vehicles of Herat Municipality

Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process (project for the preparation and procurement of 63 items of oil and filter paper required for the vehicles of Herat Municipality for the fiscal year 1399) and submit their closed bids in accordance with the terms of the contract in Dari. Pay (0) Afghanis, according to the law and public procurement procedure from the date of publication of the notice to 21 calendar days.

The last deadline for receiving the bet and submitting the bids is until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (660,000 - six hundred and sixty thousand) Afghanis in cash or bank guarantee and eligibility conditions is in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
