Seyed Afghan Afghan recently served as the new head of the Herat Municipality's Technical and Sectoral Services Department based on the free competition process and the Supreme President's decree. Gholam Hazrat Mushfaq, Herat's deputy, Gholam Davood Hashemi, deputy governor, and Minar Naderi, head, The human resources of the governor's office was introduced to his colleagues in the presence of the head of the administrative reform and civil services of the province, members of the provincial council, the deputy and members of the advisory board of the municipal administration, influential people and youth.

Gholam Hazrat Mushfeq, Mayor of Herat, while thanking the efforts of Abdul Zahir Mukhles, former head of the Technical and Sectoral Services Department, said that Mr. Mokhles's work and activities in providing services to citizens are effective and valuable.
The Mayor of Herat also congratulated Mr. Afghan on his appointment as the Head of Technical and Sectoral Services of the province and asked him to spare no effort with more effective programs for the city and the citizens of Herat.

Meanwhile, Gholam Davood Hashemi, the deputy governor of the province, described the necessary services, development and progress of the city as continuous efforts of the officials of the sectoral departments and asked the new head of the technical and sectoral services department to make more efforts in this regard.

Sayed Afghan Afghan, Head of Technical and Sectoral Services of Herat Municipality, spoke about the work experience of the last three years in the General Management of Greenery, and said that during this period, he was proud to serve his citizens in that position. Mr. Afghan added that new programs and ongoing efforts will serve the city and citizens of Herat in a new position.
