Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the re-entry process (announcing the bidding process for the 450 m long and 9.2 m wide asphalt road project to the second district of the city) and submit their closed bids in accordance with the terms of the bidding. Dari language, which they receive in exchange for payment of (0) Afghanis, according to the law and public procurement procedure, from the date of publication of the announcement to the period of (21) calendar days.
The deadline for receiving the bet and submitting the bids is until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, the 16th of Mizan 1399, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (240,000 / two hundred and forty thousand) is in the form of cash or bank guarantee and the eligibility conditions are in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
