Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the re-entry process (asphalt project north of Kandahar Darb road to the end of "Sultan Agha" water with a width of 15.5 meters and a length of 875 meters in the fourteenth district of the city) and submit their closed bids. In accordance with the terms of the bet, in the language of Dari, which they receive in exchange for payment of (0) Afghanis, according to the law and public procurement procedure, from the date of publication of the announcement to the period of (21) calendar days.
The deadline for receiving the bet and submitting the bids is 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 22 Asad, 1399, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (1500,000 / one million and five thousand) is in the form of cash or bank guarantee and the eligibility conditions are in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
