The Herat Municipal Complaints Committee heard the formal complaints

The Herat Municipal Complaints Hearing Committee, chaired by Ghulam Hazrat Mushfiq, mayor of Herat, met with heads and officials of the departments of urban governance, technical and sectoral services, and the deputy head of the advisory council of the department, and formal complaints were heard.
At this meeting, the citizens' authentic complaints were reviewed and the Herat mayor directed the relevant departments to deal with them in accordance with the law as soon as possible.
Ghulam Hazrat Mushfiq Herat emphasized that all complaints of citizens should be investigated by the municipality and that complaints should be considered as lawful and dealt with as soon as possible.
Abdul Samia Wafa, Head of Herat Municipal Government, expressed his satisfaction that the Herat Municipality is the only municipality with the highest number of citizen complaints in the country, citing citizens' complaints to the committee for details.
It is worth noting that the Herat Municipal Complaints Committee meets every six days and deals with authentic and lawful complaints received through various means such as written and face-to-face complaints, social pages and the Complaint Box, with the inclusion in the Complaint Registration System.
