Submitting a proposal for the improvement plan of the fourth district of the city to the Herat Municipality, the University and the Department of Urban Development

Officials of the "EU Support to Herat Municipality - EU" program presented the proposed soil for the improvement plan of the fourth district of the city in the presence of Gholam Hazrat Mushfeq, Mayor of Herat, heads and officials of the Department of Urban Development and Herat University.

In the meeting of the joint committee of these departments, while reviewing the technical affairs, the process of preparing the urban areas improvement plan; How to identify the needs of neighborhoods, categorization of development and infrastructure needs, divisions of public services and such important issues were discussed in the fourth district of the city. With the finalization of this plan and the improvement plans for 15 districts of Herat city, it is hoped that many of the development, infrastructure and service needs of the urban areas will be met as much as possible.
