Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the re-entry process (project to build 85-meter-long shrines in the 15th district of the city) and submit their closed bids in accordance with the terms of the contract in the language of Dari, who paid in exchange for (0) Afghanis. They bring, according to the law and the procedure of public procurement, from the date of publication of the announcement to the period of (21) calendar days.
The deadline for receiving the bet and submitting the bids is until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, the 23rd of Mizan 1399, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (90,000 / ninety thousand) is in the form of cash or bank guarantee and the eligibility conditions are in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
