The inspection was conducted on the afternoon of Sunday, 5 Sunbula 1405 SH, in the presence of Eng. Mohammad Ayub Saif-ul-Jihad, Director of Technical and Professional Affairs of Herat Municipality, the Head of the Mayor’s Office, the General Manager of Engineering, and a number of supervising engineers from the relevant departments.

During the visit, the progress of several major development projects was inspected and reviewed, including the asphalting of the Ring Road from Takht-e-Sefr to Ghiyasuddin University, the construction of a wrestling arena at Takht-e-Sefr Square, and the construction of a retaining wall along the Injil Canal in various districts of the city.

During the inspection, the Mayor of Herat instructed the representatives of the contracting companies to complete the projects in accordance with technical standards and within the specified timeframe, and to prevent any delays in the implementation of the projects.

Meanwhile, representatives of the contracting companies responsible for the mentioned projects, in view of the approaching winter season, committed to accelerating the implementation of the projects and completing them within the specified timeframe.

The relevant officials of Herat Municipality, together with the municipality’s supervising engineers, conduct regular daily inspections and monitoring of the quality and progress of development projects across the city’s districts to ensure that the projects are implemented in accordance with required technical standards and specifications.
