Herat Municipality hereby invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the Open Domestic Bidding Process for the Asphalt Paving Project of the Southern Road of Herat Grand Mosque, with an average width of 20 meters, located in the Second Municipal District of Herat, for the Fiscal Year 1405 Solar Hijri.
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a printed copy of the bidding documents in Dari upon payment of AFN 1,000 (One Thousand Afghanis).
All eligible bidders are invited to participate in the bidding process in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the bidding documents.
