Deputy meeting of local administration municipalities with the heads of local councils and the passage of the ninth to fifteenth districts of Herat city
Mr. Ruhollah Niazi, Deputy Mayor of the Independent Directorate of Local Government, Ghulam Hazrat Mushfeq, Mayor of Herat, Chairman and Provincial Officials of the National Citizenship Pact Program, met with the heads of local councils and discussed the development and social programs in the ninth to fifteenth districts of Herat.
