Video conference on allocating incentive budgets to the municipal administration for the further development of Herat city

Ghulam Hazrat Mushfeq, Herat's mayor, officials and the World Bank's headquarters in Kabul discussed the allocation of incentives to the municipal administration to implement infrastructure and development projects in Herat in a video conference.
While expressing the problems and needs of the residents of the 15 districts of the city, the mayor of Herat stated that the budget of the municipal administration office has not met all the development and development needs of Herat city and needs the auxiliary budgets of partner institutions.
Mr. Mushfeq also explained the annual development plan of the Herat Municipal Administration to the officials of the World Bank's office in Kabul and expressed hope that the municipality has prepared five-year strategic operational and economic plans for Herat to better implement development and infrastructure projects.
Ghulam Hazrat Mushfeq, the mayor of Herat, promised the people of Herat that with the cooperation of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, the SDF will be finalized for five major cities, including Herat, and will soon be considered by the President. To that end, practical solutions for the development and development of the 20-year-old city of Herat will be identified.
Meanwhile, the officials of the World Bank Office in the center of the country, welcoming the operational and development plans of the Herat Municipal Administration, promised to continue their cooperation more than ever in order to better implement the development projects in Herat city.
