The Municipality of Herat invites all eligible bidders to participate in the re-entry process (construction of the 650-meter-long Sefid Masjid canal in the first district of the city) and submit their closed bids in accordance with the terms of the contract in the language of Dari for a fee of (0) Afghanis. Obtain, according to the law and public procurement procedure, from the date of publication of the announcement to the period of (21) calendar days.
The deadline for receiving the bet and submitting bids is until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, the 16th of Mizan 1399, and late and online bids will not be accepted.
The bid security amount (250,000 / two hundred and fifty thousand) is in the form of cash or bank guarantee and the eligibility conditions are in accordance with Article 17 of the Procurement Law.
