Herat Municipality invites all eligible bidders to participate in the Open Domestic Tendering Process for the Construction of a Vehicular Underpass from opposite the Telecommunications Road, North Lane of the Provincial Road, to opposite the Public Library at Golha Square, with a total length of 320 meters and a width of 8 meters, located in District 5 of Herat Municipality, for the Fiscal Year 1405 Solar Hijri.

Eligible bidders may obtain a printed copy of the bidding documents in Dari upon payment of AFN 1,000.
