Interested individuals who wish to participate in the above-mentioned bidding process are requested to submit their applications, along with a copy of their National ID (Tazkira), to Herat Municipality within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.

Applicants are also required to visit the General Directorate of Contract Facilitation and Planning of Herat Municipality to obtain the bidding documents.
