The inauguration and commencement of the construction project for the reinforced concrete roofing and covering of the South Gowalian Canal in the 4th District of Herat City, at a cost of more than 4 million Afghanis from the development budget of Herat Mu
The construction project for the reinforced concrete roofing and covering of the South Gowalian Canal, located in the 4th District of Herat City, with a cost of AFN 4,099,999 from the development budget of Herat Municipality, was officially inaugurated and commenced by Eng. Mohammad Ayoub Saif-ul-Jihad, Director of Technical and Professional Affairs of Herat Municipality, in the presence of Mawlawi Mohammad Ismail Modasser, Head of the 4th District, an inspector from the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, community elders, area representatives, heads of development councils, and a number of local residents.
Meanwhile, a number of residents of the 4th District welcomed the commencement of the project, considering it an effective step toward improving the condition of the area and expanding urban services. They also welcomed the continued implementation of development projects in various parts of the city.
The officials of the project's contracting company also assured that the project would be completed in accordance with technical standards, with the desired quality, and within the specified timeframe, and subsequently put into operation.
It is worth mentioning that the project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation within approximately three calendar months by the "Heri Delta" Construction and Road-Building Company.
