The work of the Spinadi to Darb Khosh asphalt project located in the second district of the city was inaugurated by Gholam Hazrat Mushfeq, the mayor of Herat, in the presence of the head of the technical services of this department, influential people, elders and lawyers in this area.

The project is to be implemented in two months of 450 meters and costing nearly 8 million afghanis through the Spinadi River in the second district of the city, which will directly benefit hundreds of families and solve the future problems of local residents.
