Attention to All Mobile Phone Vendors in the Darb-e-Qandahar Area
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform all mobile phone vendors operating in the above-mentioned area that, as you are already aware, based on the plan of the Market Development Department of the Herat Municipality and complaints from respected citizens, those congested activities that have caused disorder, obstruction of public passageways, and traffic congestion in the Darb-e-Qandahar area are required to relocate their activities to the designated locations inside Sultan Agha Alley.
This notice is issued to inform all mobile phone vendors operating in the Darb-e-Qandahar area. In case of non-compliance, their goods and merchandise will be collected, and the responsible person will be referred to the security authorities. Thereafter, they will have no right to lodge a complaint.
